- Main Written Examination
- Candidates must score at least 60% aggregate marks to qualify for the Viva Voce.

- At least 45% marks in individual Papers I, II, III & IV.
- At least 35% marks in the Official Language Paper (Paper V).
- SC/ST candidates need:
- 50% aggregate marks in the Main Examination.
- Minimum 40% marks in Papers I, II, III & IV.
- Minimum 35% marks in the Language Paper (Paper V).
- Language Paper (Paper V) is qualifying in nature and not counted for final merit.
- Viva Voce (Interview) – 50 Marks
- In interview, the selection process will follow 1:3 ratio (i.e., 3 candidates per post).
- Only those secured with 60% marks will qualify for the interview.
- The final selection of Assam Judicial Service will be based on merit and the candidate’s overall suitability.

- Visit www.ghconline.gov.in and click on the “Apply Here” link.
- Enter your Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and Email ID.

Step 2: Profile Submission
- Use the Registration Code and Date of Birth to log in.
- Fill in details like gender, category, address, qualifications, and experience.
- Click “Update Data” to save your information.
Step 3: Upload Documents
- Upload a passport-size photograph and signature in JPG, PNG, or GIF format.
- Photo size: 5 KB – 30 KB (Face must cover 80% of the space).
- Signature size: 5 KB – 30 KB (Must cover 70% of the space).
- Click “Upload” after selecting the files.
Step 4: Final Submission
- Fill the details and upload all required documents correctly.
- Click the Declaration checkbox to activate the Submit Candidature button.

- Print the Fee Payment Challan after submission.
- Pay the fee in cash at any State Bank of India (SBI) branch two days after submission and before the last date.
- The bank will provide a Journal Number—ensure the official’s signature and seal are on the challan.

- Only candidates with locomotor disabilities can apply.
- No posts are reserved for PwBD candidates in this recruitment.
- PwBD candidates will be considered under the general standard of merit.
- Age Relaxation:
