NIACL AO Notification 2025: Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must possess the necessary educational qualifications. They must also meet the age limit. This is essential to be eligible to apply for the Generalist Administrative Officer position at New India Assurance. Below, we outline the detailed eligibility criteria for the NIACL AO 2025.
1. Nationality
A candidate must be:
- (a) a citizen of India, or
- (b) a subject of Nepal, or
- (c) a subject of Bhutan, or
- (d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 01st January 1962 to permanently settle in India, or
- (e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam to settle in India permanently Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) and (e) shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Govt. of India

NIACL AO 2025 Salary
The basic pay of an NIACL AO is ₹50,925, as mentioned in the NIACL AO Notification 2025. The selected candidate will be paid a total emolument of approximately Rs 90,000 per month (Metropolitan Centres) with other allowances. Other benefits, such as coverage under the National Pension System governed by PFRDA, Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance, etc., shall be as per rules in force in the Company at the time of appointment.
