b. Upper Primary Teacher 

  • Candidates in Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and a 4-year B. El. Ed (Bachelor of Elementary Education) are eligible to apply for the exam. 
  • The candidates in Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and 4-year B.A./ B. Sc. Ed. or B.A. Ed/ B. Sc. Ed are also eligible to apply for the exam. 
  • Candidates with a graduate degree with at least 50% marks are also eligible to apply. 
  • Candidates with a Graduation degree and at least 50% marks, and 1 year B.Ed (Bachelor of Education), are eligible to apply.
  • Any Graduate with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education is liable to apply.

3. Assam TET 2026: Nationality
