SSC MTS Exam Pattern
The SSC MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff) Exam is conducted in two stages:
1. Paper 1 (Computer-Based Test – CBT)
This is an objective-type exam conducted online. It is divided into two sessions, both of which are mandatory. Failure to attend any session will result in disqualification

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Requirements:
- Male Candidates:
- Walking: 1.6 kilometers in 15 minutes.
- Cycling: 8 kilometers in 30 minutes.
- Walking: 1.6 kilometers in 15 minutes.
- Female Candidates:
- Walking: 1 kilometer in 20 minutes.
- Cycling: 3 kilometers in 25 minutes.
Physical Standard Test (PST) Requirements:
- Male Candidates:
- Height: 157.5 cm (relaxable by 5 cm for certain categories).
- Chest: 76 cm (with minimum expansion of 5 cm).
- Height: 157.5 cm (relaxable by 5 cm for certain categories).
- Female Candidates:
